By accessing or using FuturesSpread, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy and Risk Disclosure. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement in your location. You are responsible for the accuracy of information supplied through your account and for keeping login credentials secure. You must promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access.

3. Permitted use

You may use the service for your own lawful research and educational purposes. You may not:

• copy, resell, redistribute or commercially exploit the service or its datasets without written permission;
• attempt to bypass access controls, subscription limits or security measures;
• scrape the service at scale, interfere with its operation or introduce malicious code;

4. Research information

Charts, screeners, optimization results, hypothetical profit and loss, statistics and educational materials are informational only. They are not investment, brokerage, tax or legal advice and are not a recommendation or solicitation to enter any transaction. You remain solely responsible for every trading decision.

5. Data and availability

Market and historical data may be delayed, incomplete, adjusted or inaccurate. Calculations may change when data, methodology or software is updated. We do not promise uninterrupted availability and may modify, suspend or discontinue features.

6. Subscriptions and payments

When paid plans become available, the price and billing period shown at checkout will apply. Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled before the next billing date. Applicable taxes and the checkout provider's terms may also apply.

7. Intellectual property

The service, brand, interface, software, original content and calculation presentation are owned by or licensed to FuturesSpread. These terms grant a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service; they do not transfer ownership.

8. Disclaimer and limitation

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties and do not guarantee accuracy, profitability or fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, FuturesSpread will not be liable for trading losses, lost profits, lost data or indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
